I will also send you a guided hypnagogic audio track inspired by the tour for homework dreamings.

If you like bring a packed lunch for when we have a break.

I will provide some papyrus from Egypt and when we have a break we shall discuss ancient Egyptian 'Letters to Gods' and the making of portable shrines to invoke the best dream deities!
