Divine Dream Tea Isis-Chrysalis, this my own aphrodisiacal herbal blend using wonderful locally sourced Greek herbs that can promote and encourage lucid episodes. I am a big fan of traditional herbal aphrodisiacs for promoting vivid, exciting (sometimes erotic or love-themed) dream experience, these experiences frequently lead to lucid moments. The way you feel when you fall asleep has a big impact on the kind of dreams and sleep quality you will experience.

Ingredients: Mountain tea from Mount Olympus, Dittany of Crete, Lemon Verbena, Helichrysum, Orange Blossom, Lavender, Chamomile, Saffron, Pennyroyal - (not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding - pennyroyal is in very small amounts, each bag contains only one teaspoon of Pennyroyal herb as a nod and sacrament to Demeter and the Mysteries of Elefsina.)
