KEFTU: Minoa Inspired Ritual Dreaming Tea

This magic dream tea recipe is inspired by the ancient healing culture and herbal wisdom of the Minoan Peak Sanctuaries on the beautiful island of Crete.

BE WARNED It has a romantic effect, as it contains aphrodisiacal plants! It is also deeply relaxing, so only use before bed and on first try I would recommend using a half dose to get a feel for it. Some people are especially sensitive to Valerian for example.

Designed to be used as a dream incubation ritual libation before sleep.

INGREDIENTS:

LAVENDER, CHAMOMILE, CRETAN MOUNTAIN TEA (SIDERITIS SYRIACA), LEMON BALM, CRETAN DITTANY, WHITE THYME, ROSEMARY, VALERIAN, SAFFRON.

This blend needs to be simmered on a low heat for a minute before straining and serving. Use roughly one heaped teaspoon per cup of water.

So I tried this tea last night.... bought it from Sarah Janes! It’s a magical Cretan blend which is meant to give you ‘love’ dreams. It’s a mixture of Malotira, lavender, white thyme, rosemary, melissa, saffron, lemon balm, valerian root, Dittany of Crete, chamomile ..... it smells really delicious! So I tried some last night and ummm yeah .... definitely is true and I was pleasantly surprised at who appeared in my dream! Think you should all order some Spice up your life!

Last night I was 17 again with the love of my life that I have never truly stopped caring for. It was like travelling back in time. We were together in my dream doing ordinary things which felt so extraordinary when I woke up.

Last night I lay in soft long green grass for what felt like ages with the sun shining And the Earth holding me. Hyper real.

Then I was with people that I loved so much it hurt and was holding one so she wouldn’t fall over. A lovely giving energy with beautiful dream family.
